Stephanie is the best!! From the very beginning (finding her on Instagram and sliding in her DM’s 😛 ), she went above and beyond—spending months working with us before we were even able to come up and look at property. She listened carefully to what we were looking for, kept us updated every step of the way, and gave us information on what to look for & what to avoid. We had been set on just buying land but after realizing how difficult the building/docking process would be Stephanie helped us scope out some great properties and pushed us to make sure it was green zone dockable (truly the best idea). She even brought a depth meter to ensure the dock was sitting on deep water. Stephanie also made sure to describe pros/cons of every property type, how the core line works, how dock permit/size works and was so knowledgeable about what could be done at every property that it finally gave us the confidence to go through with a purchase. After viewing a few properties that we had found and sent her she told us she had a special one that we needed to view. One we never would have found on our own—the one that ended up being absolutely perfect for us and we put in the offer that day. I don’t think we would have ever

been able to pull the trigger on a purchase without Stephanie and I say that with absolute confidence. If you need a realtor on Lake Hartwell, use Stephanie. She will be your best resource through the whole experience & after. We still keep in contact with her for her wealth of knowledge on the area!

Having Stephanie as my realtor was a stroke of good luck. I had considered looking for a home in the Hartwell area off and on for possibly a decade. However, I really wasn’t too familiar with the town, services available, or the real estate market. That changed with Stephanie.
